Description |
The position of Sales Support Manager requires a highly qualified individual who will be responsible for overall management of the sales process and the systems used to manage and track pipeline, revenues, and projects. This job requires a professional demeanor in interfacing with Senior Executives, the ability to multi-task under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate should have experience in pipeline and CRM systems management, Salesforce.com experience is preferred. In addition, candidates should be proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

- Solid understanding of sales processes
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes and concepts
- Excellent communication skills required
- Excellent time management skills

Experience Required |
- 2+ years experience with Salesforce software or other CRM platforms including experience with configuration, customization and reporting.
- 2+ years sales or sales operations experience
- Advanced Excel experience (including macros, pivot tables, and charts)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint

Education Required |
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Computer Information Systems, MIS. MBA Preferred |
